Meridiem Global was founded by Benjamin Jury, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and operations leader with experience across restaurant operations, remote team management, recruiting workflows, and overseas staffing delivery.
After seeing how often businesses struggled not because they lacked people, but because they lacked structure, Meridiem was built around a simple belief: staffing only works when the role, expectations, communication, and accountability are clear.
Benjamin’s background includes leading restaurant operations day-to-day, running recruiting workflows, scaling offshore teams at the COO level, and protecting customer experience at high-volume, high-stakes touchpoints.
